Randy Brantley is President of Arkansas Student Ministry. He is a youth minister’s minister. He knows how to motivate youth and youth workers, and is a pro at helping small group leaders and other staff members achieve their full potential as local church leaders. In the past twenty years as a state and national leader in youth evangelism and church growth, Randy has served as a consultant to over 1400 churches in a state convention in Arkansas. He currently serves as the First Vice President of the Arkansas Baptist State Convention (2009-2010). Randy has been an advisor to a national convention and has assisted in the training of over 100,000 students and youth leaders who have attended events he has planned or managed. More than 3000 students have professed faith in Christ and approximately 900 students have registered a call to the gospel ministry under his leadership.

Randy is a great resource for teaching local church leaders how to take a shoe string budget and turn it into golden opportunities that draw students to Christ. He is a ministry entrepreneur that understands how to lead traditional minded churches to reach for greatness.

Randy is an author of three books on campus Christian clubs. He has developed a national prayer strategy that is still in use by the Southern Baptist Convention and See You At The Pole to mobilize adults to pray for local schools. Randy holds a Master of Divinity degree from Mid America Baptist Theological Seminary. He is married and lives in Little Rock, AR with his wife, Cindy, and three kids, Kristen, Katie Beth, and Houston.
